Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bagus545 reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit any bet at its discretion and without providing a reason. Bets placed on events where the outcome is already known, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect knowledge of the outcome, will be voided and the stake returned.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, payout calculations, game outcomes, or system malfunctions, Bagus545 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. All bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds — regardless of whether the User was aware of the error — may be voided at Bagus545's sole discretion.
In the event of any dispute regarding a bet outcome, the results recorded in Bagus545's internal systems shall be treated as definitive unless a demonstrable technical error is identified. Disputes must be raised via the Support team within 14 days of the disputed event.
